Artwork Requirements

  • Acceptable Files: Adobe Illustrator CS4, Adobe Photoshop CS4, Adobe InDesign CS4 and QuarkXPress 6
  • Art File Detail:
    * Include source images.
    * Include or outline fonts of vector files.
    * Provide bleeds for hems and/or pole sleeves.
    * Call out PMS colors (as needed).
    * Files must be a minimum of 150 DPI resolution at 100 percent of final print size and must be converted to CMYK

We are glad to help you convert your files to accepted files. If you do not have any of the accepted file types please EMAIL us as we are glad to help.

  • Color Matching: For 4-color process spot and photographic images, please submit a paper copy match print for us to adjust colors. Orders that do not specify colors in CMYK values require an approved match print to guarantee color accuracy. We do our best to match identified PMS colors. However, we can only guarantee an "as close as possible" match. When screen printing, we can be more accurate with PMS color matching.
PMS COLOR MATCH 
Custom imprint colors are available for an additional charge per color. Please submit PMS number. We will match the PMS coated only. Note: Colors may not be exact. Different products and printing processes cause slight variations in final imprint hue. Every effort will be made to match colors as closely as possible.

Art File Reproduction - As a manufacturer our role in production of our proofs and manufacture is to reproduce exactly the files provided to us. We go as far as maximizing the graphic on the product and accommodating simple color changes to elements in the file. We do not provide creative or typesetting service. The proof you receive will identify the position of the graphic on our product, the size of the graphic up, down and left to right as well as call out the PMS colors provided. For example if the product requires three different logos across the image area we will need one compiled file of all 3 images. We can then maximize and center the graphic on our product.

Graphic Size - You may request your graphic at a specific size. If a size is not requested we will maximize and center the graphic on the product. The graphic size will be identified on the proof.
